The Theatre workshop is a fabulous opportunity for participants to create and articulate the script of their uniquely personal story and express and share this story on stage and in life. By going through the transformational process that the workshop offers the participant will be able to make a meaningful contribution to and impact on others in their life.
The process works through the use of tantric meditation and breathing practices, theater-based technologies, movement and improvisational dance, vocal exercises, group processes and live performance.
